そろそろ食べごろです。

キッチンの窓辺で大根の頭2個と豆苗を育ててます。

お水だけで10日間ほどでにょきにょき伸びてきました。

毎日、欠かさず楽しみに眺めてました。

大根の葉っぱは菜飯にしてとリクエストがきてますが、この量だとおむすび1個分くらいかな？

みんな大切に頂きますね。

なかなか聞き取れません。特に数字。

何度も聞いて書きとって、声に出して言ってみる。

地道な作業を繰り返してと、アドバイスをいただきました。

～Explain ''Setsubun’’ to people who don't know it.~

Setubun is an event on the 3rd of Februrary every year. The meaning of the word is deviding a season and the day before the beginnig of spring. It is said that we are in dengerous situation like getting cold when the seasons change. You throw beans saying ''Out with the devil ! In with good fortune!'' You eat the same number of beans as your age. Nowadays you eat ''Ehoumaki''. We can see many Futomakisushi, or big rolled sushi at supermarket.
