プレート：干しエビと青のりのふんわり卵焼き、

　　　　　菜花のオリーブ炒め（家庭菜園のもの）

　　　　　ミニトマト

　　　　　レーズンパン（焼きあがったばかりです）

スープ　：もち麦　　もち麦、黒豆は茹でて冷凍にしていたもの

　　　　　黒豆

　　　　　鶏むね肉　黒豆大に切り、塩、酒で下味をつけ片栗粉をまぶしておきます

　　　　　かぼちゃ

こんな風にメニューにするとちょっとおしゃれかな？

写真をもう少し美味しそうに撮れたらなあと思います。

構図、ズームの使い方が今一つ。盛り付けも・・・・どんどん欲が出てきてしまいますね。
